Clients that I Work with For In Person

I work with people who are very serious about their health & well being. In order to achieve that aesthetic body, you should be willing to put in work. If you are not willing to put in the work on your end, I'm sorry but it will not work out. Also, as a client of mine, you should be contacting me if you're not able to make your session or else your session is gone. You as the client should be listening to all the guidelines that are given to you. Not following the guidelines will not give the proper results. Please be respectful towards the time of the trainer.
